Missing Senior Citizen of Punjab on Visakhapatnam Streets

Eenadu Telugu News paper published in local edition (Visakhapatnam city, A.P.) Local people found an old lady sitting near Bapujinagar (37th ward) on the road side and offered rice (food) but she refused to take. She could not speak local language, so they collected information thro Hindi speaking person. She revealed that her name is USHA KIRAN belongs to Amrithnager (Punjab) some unknown persons took her from nearby her house and dropped at Visakhapatnam by train one week back. she is having two sons by name Manoj and Anoj. It seems that she is eating bread only. Please try to guide me how to help her.
